Peter Mickel is one of many native Vermonters on the Heritage Toyota staff. He was born in Rutland, and moved there permanently from Whitehall, NY with his family in 1960. Peter has been in the car business since 1985, having spent all but one year at Heritage. He has since served as finance manager and sales person. Peter has many memorable moments from his years in the business, but one stands out - test driving, selling, and then toasting to a new vehicle with a Czech couple. When he is not on the sales floor, Peter enjoys spending as much time skiing as possible, which he recently took up again after a 20 year hiatus. He also enjoys snowshoeing in the winter and biking and kayaking in the summer. Peter is a lifelong fan of the New York Giants and Boston Red Sox

Once again we've purchased another top of the line Tacoma from Heritage Toyota. Jason D. was instrumental in helping streamline the process. He had all the the T's crossed & I's dotted upon our arrival. We w from Heritage Toyota. Jason D. was instrumental in helping streamline the process. He had all the the T's crossed & I's dotted upon our arrival. We were driving away in a 2023 Tacoma TRD Pro in about an hour! A big difference to how closing on an automobile used to be, which in my experience has been a whole day affair. Kudos to Jason & Heritage Toyota! We'll be back! More

Great experience in purchasing my new Tundra. Matt was the first sales rep to sell me a vehicle in over ten years. In the past I always went to Heritage and the sales rep and managers seemed to no Matt was the first sales rep to sell me a vehicle in over ten years. In the past I always went to Heritage and the sales rep and managers seemed to not be interested in selling me a vehicle and I always purchased from the competitor. he connected with me and did not waste my time and showed me a vehicle that I would like. he closed the sale with me me and was very professional. we have another vehicle that needs to be replaced this month and we will reach out when we are ready. thank you Matt.
