Purchased Used GMC 1500 Sierra Truck My boss Shannon Overton has bought several cars/trucks from Pete @ Athens Ford and just raves about the customer service. He told me about this Used GMC that I have been looking for on their lot. I checked the website everyday to see if it was still available and decided to go to the dealership on Valentine's Day night to buy this truck for my husband. I walked in and immediately was greeted at the door by 3 people. Pete, another sales man and Reggie. Pete explained to me that he had several customers already there and he would have to turn me over to Reggie. Well Reggie was just a nice as Pete , took care of my purchase got me life time warranty on my truck , took for a test drive , traded in my car, Reggie cleaned out my car and basically took care of me the entire night. Love these people, Love this dealership, Love my Truck. More

worst car buying experience I have ever had (25 years) I have bought hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst. Too many people involved with the transaction I have bought hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of vehicles in my lifetime and this was the worst. Too many people involved with the transaction and no continuity. Experience here was very stereotypical of the "used car salesman". The only reason I went through with the sale after seeing how terrible they were, was because they had the vehicle I was looking for. More
