Months later said car was totaled after another driver ran a red light. I was back at lowkey kia once again, and once again I got great service from Pernell. I bought another Optima, this time the 2018. I’ve loved every car from lowkey kia, as well as the prices, and dealings with this company. Staff is friendly and willing to work to your needs. Couldn’t ask for a better customer service. More

Jason and his management team went out of their way to insure that I not only got the exact car I wanted but they were very competitive with pricing, and extremely fair on my trade. The transaction was smooth and effortless, and even fun. Yes fun!!! Prior to arriving at Lokey I was at a competitor Kia dealership where we were treated poorly and talked to very rudely. We walked out of this dealership and from the minute I walked into Lokey we were greeted by this fantastic team and taken care of the way customers should be.
