I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE WHO I have dealt with many dealerships and hate getting pushed into something. This was not that and the BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! I wouldnt go anywhere else but here! I wouldn't go anywhere else going forward! Jackson auto did a fabulous job at getting my family and i on the road..kenny is an amazing customer servic I wouldn't go anywhere else going forward! When i walked in i just knew i would get turned away due to income or credit and every single one of them did what they had to do to make it work and helped my family in everyway. Applied online- got approved but had to call to find out cause never received any calls to tell if I w Any advice on this dealership would be helpful! Applied online- got approved but had to call to find out cause never received any calls to tell if I was approved or not. Didn't return calls when told I would! Real friendly at first and was told I was pre-approved but when I called with questions- was rushed with my answers and trying to get off the phone with me! Now I am not so sure I should go here with my business! Any experience with them would certainly help to decide if I should just go somewhere else- which is where I am leaning right now!!! Right now I can't rate it good until I receive something positive! More
