I took my 96 Bronco in to have a few thousands dollars’ worth of repairs made to assure it was dependable for me to drive being seventy-five year old woman. I wanted assurance that I would be safe dollars’ worth of repairs made to assure it was dependable for me to drive being seventy-five year old woman. I wanted assurance that I would be safe on the road. The Bronco went back several times for an ongoing leak, even having triple A tow it over, because I did not want to break down. Each time the leak was fixed right, with the vehicle returned four times, only to have the leak return. I even took photos and video from where i crawled under and saw it leaking, only for them to tell me they spent hours putting pressure tests and running my Bronco for hours, but couldn’t find the root cause, maybe this or that, yet i saw it and took photos and you cant simply look at and find location, I did. I took to another Ford dealer to have another item fixed due to the costs Gary Yeoman quoted me at, way to high.. While repairing the new Dealer called me and sent photos of the Radiator that was leaking. The new Ford dealer fixed and refiled and topped off the radiator not charging me a dime. The kicker is, the original paperwork from the first visit in writing shows that Gary Yeoman Ford broke and replaced the radiator wothout telling me, charging me over a hundred dollars to fill and top off what was broken by them the leak they couldnt find and fix. Thank goodness the new Ford dealer is honest and trustworthy; Gary Yeoman Ford is not a dealer you can trust. More

Great place! Their Quick lube setup is tremendous!! Showed up without an appointment. Very nice person met me and recorded my needs, went into the waiting area which had a cafe. Within an hour my car was serviced and washed. Great dealer!! More

I won't buy a car anywhere else. Since moving to Volusia County I have bought at least 8 vehicles from this dealer.and never disappointed. Bluetooth/radio/transmission I dropped my truck off on Monday 06-17 to have them check out the truck as I was about to have 36,000 miles and would lose the factory warranty. I was concerned for 2 reasons, one the amount of trouble I have had with the transmission which has been worked on many many times and 2 the static that occurs before the phone on the receiving party starts to ring. The dealership did check the truck and said all was well but was unable to correct the static that occurs when placing a call thru the Bluetooth which was heard by Peggy when I left the truck with them. According to the the person working on it said they contacted Ford and they were not able to pin point the problem in order to correct it. He further stated that he thought it was a phone problem so I took it to Verizon and them do a complete annalist of the phone and they could not find anything wrong with it even after testing it thru their Bluetooth device. Ed Bentley stated that there were going to be engineers there on 06-25 and this subject would be discussed at that time and he would call me on the 26th. Having not heard for him I called him on the 27th and was told the engineers were not aware of this issue and have to do more research when they returned from where ever they came from and get back to him. This issue has been to the dealership many times for the same reason, without being fixed. I'm now waiting on the response from the Ford engineers as to resolving this issue, hopefully it will be soon as this has been going on for a long time. The service rendered by all the dealership personal has always been outstanding and even this time it was great, but it is very frustrating. when the static occurs when we use the Bluetooth.
