Pedro is the man! I wasn’t fully sure that I wanted a Toyota when I first came to the dealership. But after meeting Pedro and driving the 2019 Camry, I was like 95% sur I wasn’t fully sure that I wanted a Toyota when I first came to the dealership. But after meeting Pedro and driving the 2019 Camry, I was like 95% sure. Went and test drove a few other on the list, but nothing made me as happy as the Camry, and no other salesperson was as awesome as Pedro. He let us test drive both the V6 and the 4 cylinder camrys so I could decide which engine was best, and even the Rav4 just because I *might* want an SUV. Once I made my choice of the V6 Camry, Pedro made everything smooth. They had to get exactly what I wanted from Longview, but you would have though it was no big deal from how easy they made it for us. Best car buying experience in the world! More

They were able to answer every question or concern we had with patience and helpfulness. We didn’t haggle over price at all. They gave us fair value for trade in on first round and even came down on the new car without us asking. I never had to ask for a money change at all. Pedro Flores (sales) set excellent expectations on pricing and with everything in general. Richard Breaud (finance) was able to answer our concerns easily and didn’t push us on “extras” that usually they try to sell us. He gave us the options and let us decide. Not pushy! Very happy with the experience we had. More

He kept Pedro Flores demonstrated a level of professionalism I hadn't experienced in a long time. He was very personable & tended to all of my needs. He kept in touch with me during my wait, & made sure I was comfortable at all times. He remained engaged with me during the entire wait. He carefully explained everything along the way. He was very helpful in helping me set up the gadgets in the Rav. I am grateful he was there from the internet contact throughout the entire process. At my age he's the person I needed in this experience. Felanna was personable as well, straight & to the point. The Financial experience wasn't a lot of trying to sell me the shop, & I'm grateful for that. This RAV4 is perhaps the last vehicle I'll buy in this lifetime, so the overall experience really mattered to me. Thanks to Pedro & Felanna, as well as the dealership for providing me the best dealership experience I've ever had. Additionally, Pedro took the time to introduce me to people in the Service Department as well. I appreciated that very much. More

Got what I wanted Pedro had previously sold my wife a car so I knew we were dealing with a pro. But I was gooing to make it hard I wanted a specific truck.
