Payton was wonderful and so helpful finding us the perfect car. He was accommodating and attentive throughout the entire process. They were willing to work with us to get a car within our budget! Unfortunately, once we bought the car, service has been subpar. The detailing that we paid for was extremely unsatisfactory to the point we had to return it for a second job. However, the second job was still not done well and we were left with dirty cup holders, air vents, crumbs and leftover food in many of the crevices, stains on the ceiling, and orange residue on the axles. Which I was told would be cleaned. I found a pencil in the door (along with a ton of dirt and grime) that is not ours. Clearly these spots were not even looked at. Once again, I had to bring this to their attention but management will not do anything about it because they are “in the red” with this purchase. It’s disappointing that we paid for this service, expected it to be done correctly, and now management will not stand behind the quality of work by their team. More

Payton was my sales rep and was great to work with. We purchased a new Grand Cherokee L Summit High Altitude. It was about a 3 1/2 process. A little long for a weeknight, but overall pretty good. The only issue we have was the cleanliness of the truck. Interior was dusty and Paint has Grit on it. We have taken it back once to have it "detailed" but the paint was still gritty. Worried about long term issues with the finish. We have to take it back again to have that addressed. If I didn't have to deal with that it would have been a five star. More
