One of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Felt so comfortable dealing with Paul when he sold us my wife's HR-V and liked the car so much, that we came back a month later and bought another one Felt so comfortable dealing with Paul when he sold us my wife's HR-V and liked the car so much, that we came back a month later and bought another one for me. The only reason for the 4 Star rating is that there was no way I could give a 4.9 and that's what they actually earned. Why not a 5 Star? The first HR-V we bought had quite a few (minor) items that were not addressed during the prep for delivery. It would be something that could be ignored except that it happened again a month later when we picked up the second car. It's important to note the items were all minor but many of them were the same as with the first car. So call that 4 Star a 4.9 Star rating. More
