Not a happy customer Saw the car online and came in to look at the car specifically. Told them i wanted to buy the car asap. car didnt go through service yet so I asked wh Saw the car online and came in to look at the car specifically. Salesman said you would have to put a deposit down if you want us to look at the vehicle. never followed up with me. came back a week later car still was not through service, so i had to put deposit down, Had to wait for a week before they said anything but couldnt give me an answer on what was holding up the process. all they said is be "patience" > i would if i knew what was going on.... then the finance manager came and talk to me and asked if i really wanted the car, if i did i had to be patience.... at that point i was just fed up with them so i left and waited and waited before i was able to accomplish anything. finally got the car and salesman couldnt provide me with a service record on the car and just left the keys in the keyslot on the door of the vehicle. OVERALL worst car buying experience ever, was more worried anxious than happy anxious.. More

Things change quickly. I looked at a 2015 Silverado and the salesman quoted me a price and a trade-in amount for my truck. I was not able to commit at that time, came back I looked at a 2015 Silverado and the salesman quoted me a price and a trade-in amount for my truck. I was not able to commit at that time, came back two days later. The price of the truck had increased by $1K and a new salesman quoted me $1500 less for my truck. I will not be back. More

The absolute best car buying experience ever!!! From the second I entered the dealership I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable Salesman, Paul Santoro. He immediately asked me whT I was From the second I entered the dealership I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable Salesman, Paul Santoro. He immediately asked me whT I was looking for and let me take the cari chose for a test drive. After finding out my credit was far less than perfect I had to look for a more affordable car. After literally minutes I stopped my dream car and from that moment on Paul and Brian Eskolla(finance dept) worked diligently to get me approved and into that car. I never once felt pressure or any less important due to my credit circumstances. In the end I have the car I wanted with a comfortable payment I can afford. I highly recommend Herb Connolly and Paul Santoro to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle. I am positive that I will be using them for all my car buying needs in the future!!!
