Greetings, I'm Paul Saavedra, an automotive professional with a passion for excellence. After graduating from Mesquite High School and completing my education at the Universal Technical Institute, I've dedicated myself to the automotive industry since 2006. With certifications including Toyota Master level Service Manager and ASE certifications for Mechanical repair and Service Consulting, I bring extensive expertise to my role. Since September 2012, I've served as the Service Manager at Toyota of Ridgecrest, overseeing operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficiency. Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from my family; I'm a proud husband and parent to three wonderful children. Rooted in the Ridgecrest community, I'm committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service in both my personal and professional life.

We buy all of our cars from Rick and have for years. He’s honest and didn’t pressure us. He listened to us when we said what we wanted and tried to help us get it. Dory worked with me to get appointments on the same day for both of my vehicles, Avalon and Tacoma. Bobby worked with me to get the maintenance done on time. Toyota Service (Paul) had a workaround for th for both of my vehicles, Avalon and Tacoma. Bobby worked with me to get the maintenance done on time.
