I was under pressure to get a car because I starting a new job at a commuter location in a week. I had never owned a car before and it was my first time to buy one. After I chose a make and model (Toyota new job at a commuter location in a week. I had never owned a car before and it was my first time to buy one. After I chose a make and model (Toyota Corolla) I surveyed online listings for a used car I can afford. At the 2 other dealers I visited, the car I wanted was "just bought" or "no longer available" and they had me look at similar cars with a higher price range. At Automax Preowned in Framingham, their online inventory was up to date and reliable. I was able to see the exact same car online for the $200 lover than it was offered online. The car (2009) spoke for itself. It was clean and had no visible issues in person or on the Carfax. That said, I wish my friendly salesman, Paul could have done a little more selling to reassure me that I was getting a good buy (which I was). I was not offered a test drive and I think it was because there were several other people interested in the car I wanted. Still it was a nice car and maybe that is why they didn't see the need to really sell it. Another thing that made me have niggling doubts about the car was the fact that I could only take it to a mechanic within 5 miles of the dealership location. I decided to buy the car and here my experience was a little better. Sal, who handles the finances, was very helpful and professional. He helped me get financing despite my awful credit and gave me 2 days to finalize my decision and think it over. I looked for a mechanic in the area and had them check the car. I was given a chance to shop around for other financing (which I failed at), think about the powertrain warranty they had offered (an extra $1500 which I eventually declined), shop around for insurance and basically held this car for me until I was sure I wanted it. I returned to dealership and drove off with my almost-new car within an hour. I have a few minor questions for their service center but all in all I am satisfied with my purchase. More

Was referred to Paul Dicarlo by a friend who recently purchased an Infiniti FX35. I was interested in a Lexus but soon realized that an AWD sedan would be a better fit because of our winter climate. Pau purchased an Infiniti FX35. I was interested in a Lexus but soon realized that an AWD sedan would be a better fit because of our winter climate. Paul suggested Acura RL and Infiniti M35. Paul, my wife, a friend and I test drove a few before I settled on the M35. Paul had good factual information on the vehicles. It was a good experience with a reasonable price. I would definately recommend this dealer to others looking for a low mileage luxury car. Great job guys! More
