Paul Ravenell, our sales consultant, put us at ease with his professionalism and "genuine" demeanor. He came across as truly wanting to have a "happy" customer and told us of the various vehicles and what his professionalism and "genuine" demeanor. He came across as truly wanting to have a "happy" customer and told us of the various vehicles and what these vehicles had. Some sales people give the consumer an impression that they are just out to get the sale and you are just another consumer for the day. This is why I state that Mr. Ravenell's demeanor is not like that at all. He was always easily reachable on the phone and he would follow up on any question I may have. In other words, Mr. Ravenell would actually "listen". As a consumer I feel very fortunate that the sales consultant I had was Mr. Paul Ravenell at Rick Case Hyundai. Thank you. M.P. Artiz More

The fact that they double the manufactures Powertrain warranty (up to 20 years and 200,000 miles)on new cars and include a bunch of "extras" (discount gas, free car washes, etc.) is also great. The dealership even offers a 3 day return policy, if you aren't happy with the car. Having bought from many different dealerships in the past, and even having worked at a dealership for several years, I was very impressed with Rick Case. More
