This was the second car I've purchased from Imperial. I went there deliberately because of my first day. They have the cars they advertise and there are no games. We went to Imperial Chevrolet on Sunday, June 5th to look at a car that we saw on the internet. We were lucky enough to have Paul Macchi meet us at the door and assist us. Paul was wonderful. From how friendly & helpful Paul is, to the knowledge he has on purchasing a vehicle, he is nothing short of outstanding! I also worked with Omar Ihjul for the financing part & he was a delight! He helped me with all the difficult choices for add on's onto the loan, and to top that off, I was in & out of his office within an HOUR! Total time in the dealership was 2 hours!!!! So fast! When we are ready for another vehicle, we will definitely be back to see Paul & Omar & we'll send all our friends & family too! Thank you for a great experience! More

Really nice experience buying a used suburban which I found online. I worked with Paul M through the entire process and he was honestly great - professional, patient, addressed all of my questions, and found online.
