Talk about low pressure sales. ..!!! Paul is a gentleman in the industry. He knows the cars he sells, and he knew the answers for just about everything we asked. He was honest a ..!!! Paul is a gentleman in the industry. He knows the cars he sells, and he knew the answers for just about everything we asked. He was honest about the very few things he didn't know but promptly got the answers. He didn't try to slide anything past us on pricing or the trade-in. During the "deal-making" (i.e., money) process, he again was politely forthright in what areas were possibly negotiable and which were firm. He assured that the entire purchase process was pleasant and comfortable, never making us feel pressured. He represents Treasure Coast Lexus well and I can easily recommend him to potential buyers.
