Working with Tommy, Michael and Paul made buying our car a pleasurable experience. They were knowledgable, helpful and informative. Nancy Lapell was extremely nice and easy to talk to. She greeted us as soon as we stepped in the door and moved the buying process along quickly. Jeffery Herman was very knowledgeable about the car i was b greeted us as soon as we stepped in the door and moved the buying process along quickly. Jeffery Herman was very knowledgeable about the car i was buying and even helped me get financing through dch toyota. He even stayed passed his normal working hours to close the deal, not getting aggrevated or upset over it even though it was a Friday night. Was very impressed with his professionalism. Paul Leahy was a little too abrasive for me. He tried selling me an extended warranty which I turned down 3 times. Each time I turned it down he go a little more agressive and upset. After the third time I turned it down he stated "When you break down on the highway and you don't have this extended warranty you can call your friend Fred (he is a friend that helped with the purchase) and thank him for not getting this." I just think that's totally unprofessional especially when I'm purchasing a close to $40,000 car. I'm very happy with the deal I got and the 4Runner is definatly the right choice. More

This was my first time shopping for a car by myself and I could not have asked for a better experience. All the stereotypes of pushy car salesmen are proven wrong at Freehold Toyota. From the minute I walked in I was put at ease and told to take my time. Vinny V showed me some cars and worked out some numbers on the one I liked; the price was even better than I had expected. I left that day and checked out some other dealerships. Toyota offered the best price, had the friendliest staff, and never once came across as pushy. I came back 2 days later for a test drive and and met Brian, another sales rep. He accomodated the needs of my cosigner (she had to leave for work) and took care of that work first. After she had left all the numbers from my first visit held true. When I moved onto finance I met Paul. Paul objectively offered some different options and packages because it is his job to do so; he was laid back and easy going and never once did I feel pressured to buy anything. His suggestions were well thought out and he related them to reasonable everyday scenarios. After all the paperwork was done and I was waiting for the car to be pulled around the staff continued to be friendly. They offered coffee, water, and just good conversation. It was a wonderful car buying experience. More

Buying a new car with a trade in is always an interesting process. With the price of the new car established and agreed upon, ascertaining the value of the trade can be a game of give and take. Eventually a deal was struck, and the bottom line is I think both dealer and I were happy. The staff is helpful and friendly without being pushy, and it was a pleasure to work with Michelle Weber. I found her to be very helpful and willing to accept my opting for a less expensive model rather than push the next level. I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealer and will not hesitate to purchase another when the time comes. More

Michelle was extremely responsive to my concerns and requests, and I received a timely response to every email. When I visited the dealership, every effort was made to reduce my wait time. My husband & I have been looking for a good quality, SAFE, inexpensive used car for our 17 year old son. We have been to many dealers and even used car lots. We went to DCH Toyota and were impressed with their inventory, patience and expertise. On our first visit we saw 2 cars we were interested in, but not convinced 100%. Instead of being annoyed with us, the sales rep was very helpful. HE actually advised us to bring our son back before making a decision. That night I went back with my 17 year old son. I really went to just show him the cars in the lot. I did not go inside the dealership. I don't know how he saw us, but next thing I know Paul the sales rep who helped us out earlier was standing outside with my son & me in the pouring rain with keys in his hands! Of course my son being 17 did not bring his license with him and he could not drive the car! After talking it over with my husband we realized the cars we were looking at were not the right one for our son. TWO WEEKS later we went back. Not only did our sales rep, Paul remember us, but so did the general manager, John Grillo. John like us, has a 17 year old son. As a father he felt our pain. He & Paul took the time to explain pros & cons on different vehicles we were considering. I'm happy to say we just purchased our son's first car! A very stressful and frightening ordeal for any parent. With the guidance and knowledge of the staff at DCH Toyota, I am happy to say, we are thrilled with our decision! We hope to be back soon for a Toyota Avalon for us! More
