My family and I had a wonderful experience here. We had 2 kids that we had to bring with us and we were there for several hours. The facility accomodated children and made us very comfortable. This was a 2 kids that we had to bring with us and we were there for several hours. The facility accomodated children and made us very comfortable. This was a huge bonus to us but just one tiny pieces of the whole picture. We got exactly what we were looking for when so many other dealerships that we had contacted had no desire to speak with us or work with us on our trade in. At this dealership, I kept hearing, "this is the Rick Case way" I totally believed that and immediately recognized the difference. There was so much honesty. Instead of just telling us no, you all explained what the reasons were and met some where with us in the middle that we found more then acceptable. We had NO intentions of leaving with a car when we walked in but because we did not feel pressured, we had nothing but professionalism and we were spoken to with honesty, patience and integrity so we agreed it was the time. We felt very comfortable. The experience was great from beginning to end. Thank you all very much. We know that you work very long, very hard hours almost every day. We really appreciated your no-hassle approach, dedication and concern for our time as well. We saw that you were all working very diligently and very fast to accomodate our very tire, hungry children and we really appreciate that. Susie and Chris Elmore More

I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Fabiola Sotoaguilar. If I were in NY, I'd stand on 42nd street and pass out her business cards. Working with her was a pleasure. She is fr especially Fabiola Sotoaguilar. If I were in NY, I'd stand on 42nd street and pass out her business cards. Working with her was a pleasure. She is friendly and not pushy at all. She came right over to us when we returned to the dealership and asked how we were doing. I liked that very much. The only complaint I have is concerning pricing. I don't understand why cars can't have a price (ala Carmax) without the haggling. The price problem makes the experience very stressful. I would like to know that the price on the car is the price of the car. I don't want to haggle. It takes the excitement away from buying a car. One can't concentrate on finding a suitable choice. Why do cars have to lose so much value when they are driven off the lot? Maybe a "trial" run with a car would be a good idea. The consumer "borrows" the make/model for about a week (maybe for a nominal fee) and then returns with a clear idea of the car. Then that "borrowed" vehicle could be one of those demo sales. Thanks.
