"Gates is best - no contest!!" How many ways can EXCELLENT describe the people at Gates in North Windham? I am not certain about the exact number, but everyone from the person who How many ways can EXCELLENT describe the people at Gates in North Windham? I am not certain about the exact number, but everyone from the person who cheerfully answers the phone to the mechanics who skillfully do the hands-on vehicle work, all of them have provided us with EXCELLENT experiences. Although we did not purchase our two vehicles from Gates, we have brought them there to be serviced. Why???...because Paul Bacon, the gentleman who 'sold' us both of them, joined the Gates team! We have encouraged friends to seek his advice when they had problems with their vehicles and solutions provided elsewhere were far from optimal. When it is time for us to bid farewell to our vehicles, Paul will be our 'go to' guy for sure! In the Service Department, Randy Ingle is just terrific. He manages to fit our 'emergencies' into the busiest of schedules. We are exceedingly pleased with all of our experiences at Gates which even include a ride to or from home when necessary. Now, that is service above and beyond for sure!!!! More

When I went into the dealership to get it I was greeted by several people and made to feel at home. Nick Truax handled the finance aspect of it very efficiently and courteously. Paul's follow up is superb as he contacted me several times to make sure I was happy which I am. I came from Southern NH to buy my truck because after talking to several dealers, I was determined that Paul was the person with whom I wanted to do business. Both of these gentleman treated me with the best customer service I have EVER had . Even though I bought a used vehicle , the treated me like I was buying the most expensive vehicle they had ! AND then as I was sitting at Pauls desk another salesman walked by and dropped off a bottle of water without saying a word..just smiled and continued on ..not even interrupting our conversation ! That was just a simple but impressive gesture. After the sale I was then brought around to meet Kevin at the service department whom I had met through a previous vehicle repair and let me say he was awesome as well ..he really made me feel taken care of too !
