When I arrived, the car was pristine and clearly well-prepped by the staff there for my visit and test-drive. Paul was beyond professional, down to earth, personable and willing to deal: essential traits sadly lacking in many so-called auto sales professionals elsewhere. The dealership is similarly top-notch in every aspect, as Paul proudly shared during my visit, and thanks to both Paul and Eric Gates, I purchased my car the very same day, making it a worthwhile experience all-around. I give him {and all of his colleagues I've so far encountered at Gates} the highest recommendation. More
