the gates experience on a cold winter afternoon after visiting the gates parts dept. to pick up a rear wiper blade for my wife acadia I decided to check out the sales dept to see what they had after visiting the gates parts dept. to pick up a rear wiper blade for my wife acadia I decided to check out the sales dept to see what they had in the way of pickups. my truck was 8 years old and I usualy trade every 3 years. how time flies. I have been buying gmc, buick and nissans since 1975. all from gates. the service and sales have always been great. the staff at gates has always been pleaseant and knowledgeable concerning their products. we plan to return for our next vehicle. a warm experience on a cold day. thanks paul, tom and chris. Over the top customer service! 6 stars if I could! My wife and I had been to 3 other dealerships and had not found what we were looking for, namely -Customer Service! For some reason it was hard to fin My wife and I had been to 3 other dealerships and had not found what we were looking for, namely -Customer Service! For some reason it was hard to find a good car buying experience so far in our search. Gates was a different experience, even while entering the sales lot. Within moments of talking to Paul Bacon I knew we would be buying a car here. Sure enough, several test drives later- we came to a good deal on a beautiful 2011 Honda Pilot that well suited our needs. Working with Chris Messier for final paperwork was also a delight. There are no high pressure sales tactics or other uncomfortable practices to be found at Gates. This dealership has earned our respect and certainly knows how to treat a customer. This is exactly how a dealership can earn ALL of my future business. More
