Salesman knew the product very well, answered all my questions, Explained the process of future service, & warr coverages, went over the extensive bells and whistles on my Sierra.. Awesome, Awesome !!!! Nick & Chris in finance made it simple, and clear cut.. No tricky add ins, explained everything & my options of extended warr., gap ins., disability ins, paint protection, etc with absolutely NO pressure.. Nice clean dealership, impressive facility , and a Great selection of trucks so I could feel it, touch it, drive it.. And think over what I wanted, and needed with no rush... Great Great dealership... Glad I walked in, gave me a new outlook on car dealers, well Gates anyway.. Thanks Guys P.S. I didn't check quality of work, as I have just picked up my truck..
