I told Paul that there was a rock chip on my windshield. He brought it to his manager's attention. E-CarOne took care of it the very next day. There aren't many dealerships that take care their customers after you drive off the lot. I recommend E-CarOne to everyone for your next car purchase. They're simply the best car dealership. More

Good—Large inventory of luxury cars with reasonable (not the lowest) price. Bad – Sales reps are too busy to devote time for you. I interacted with Paul before visiting their showroom. He said he would pull the cars out for test drive before my arrival. When I reached there, he had not done his homework and kept me waiting for 30-35 minutes. Another rep, Savannah, did help me with my other questions and car history reports. I test drove a couple of cars and liked one, but it had some sensor issues which needed to be fixed. I did not buy the car from here, as I found similar car with better price elsewhere. More

I rate these guys the best of best...Great experience even for a skeptic like me going into a "traditional" dealership, but these guys blew me away. A new way to buy and I will be back. I came to ecarone on saturday and was amazed at the amount of cars that they had in inventory.
