The manager did not make it clear to me that I could not finance my new car with my credit union!!!!I told him I was checking with my credit union twice! Our salesman was great to work with. He pulled out multiple trim levels for us side by side and let us play with the features so that we could really experience the difference. We literally bounced back and forth between the two cars for 30 minutes really trying them out for size. The salesman did a good job of selling us on features without being pushy. At the end of the process we had offers from some other dealers, but we wanted to buy from herb chambers because we liked the experience we had and felt like Herb chambers won our business. More
