Mark accompanied me in driving the vehicle I recently purchased a preowned 2015 Subaru Outback and had a wonderful experience at Lester Glenn Subaru. Mark accompanied me in driving the vehicle and showing me the bells and whistles and thoroughly explained the purchasing process. Ron was kind enough to let me take the vehicle home for the night to get used to driving it and I am extremely appreciative that he did. I instantly fell in love with the car and called the next morning to find out how to make it mine! I met with Pat, the finance manager the next day and he went over the necessary contracts and financial agreements and, in addition, gave me information about the excellent service package Subaru offers which I decided to purchase. I never once felt pressured and all of my questions were patiently answered. Everyone that worked with me showed me kindness and empathy. Lester Glenn Subaru is the best! :) More

The best!!! Drove 40 minutes and it was well worth it. I walked in thinking I want a white car with tan leather seats. When I was done I was very happy with a silver Forrester with cloth seats! I didn't know if I wanted a sedan or SUV but Sal took his time to make sure I understood the differences betw Great experience from beginning to end. I didn't know if I wanted a sedan or SUV but Sal took his time to make sure I understood the differences between the two; test driving them both. I decided on the Forester SUV and have been driving all over town showing it off. Sal knew everything about the vehicles features and option packages and even seemed to be able to anticipate my questions. Before leaving Lester Glenn with my new Forester Andrew sat in the car with me and showed me how to use all those exciting buttons on the dash that are going to make driving a pleasure...and keep me safe on the roads. I'm encouraging all my friends to call Sal for their next car. More
