Then I spoke with a sales manager Robert Schappert who helped me with buying a Regal that he had in stock. There was zero pressure and that made me very relaxed! He went out of his way to help me decide if it's better for me to buy versus lease. I believe I got the best deal possible! It was like night and day with the experience I had with Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip, where I felt I was screwed after I drove the car off the lot! She originally wanted a sedan like a Kia Optima. I explained to her it's all about relationships in life. Anyone can sell you a car. What you're buying is the support and service after the sale. Sun Auto always provides to the customer VIP service After The SalE! I want to thank all those involved in our purchase today, Joe G, Robert S and Patrick. C. If you're on the fence as to whether you should consider doing business with Sun Auto, don't waste your time elsewhere with come on ads to get you in the door, false promises and being a number for service. We went in to lease a Terrain for my mother and all our questions were answered and we were not pressured into making our purchase. Rocky was knowledgeable and took his time with us to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. He was sure to help my husband in any of his requests. After we leased our new Terrain, we decided to trade in our other car for a lease of an Acadia and Rocky and Patrick answered all our questions. Patrick went out of his way to find us the model we wanted with the correct incentives and were very pleased with the individualized attention we were given by the owner and salesman. We were not prepared when we went in, to trade in a car, as our main concern was a new safe car for grandma to transport our kids. Our trade in of our Traverse was painless and we were able to get everything we wanted and a great price. Rocky was in constant contact with us via email and phone calls and gave us exceptional customer service. We will definitely be using Sun in the future and will be recommending Rocky, Patrick and all the staff at Sun. More
