Very slow and expensive I can’t believe I’m at the same service center these other comments are about because every time it’s horrible and some kind of problem. I got oil change, replace spark plugs and coolant system flush. 4 hours later after scheduling appt for 730a, my car was ready and oh couldn’t have my electric battery checked because nobody is available on Saturdays to check electrical things unbelievable! And then for the simple work being done it was $400 are you kidding me this is crazy More

She told me it would be at least a couple of hours and it was the weekend so it was n Pat was super friendly and took care of all of my service needs. She told me it would be at least a couple of hours and it was the weekend so it was not like I was not expecting but she stuck to her word and promised it done in a couple of hours! That alone is HUGE! I like honesty and great customer experience. That I experienced here and I will be definitely returning to Hemborg for everything that needs to be done on my 2018 F-150. More

I was driving my new to me 2011 F-350 home pretty quickly! It did have an A.C. problem which was quickly discovered, and the entire system was REPLACED. hurray!! I am anticipating that any future problems (if they occur) will be handled quickly, and COMPLETELY. More

After having the worst experience purchasing our vehicle at a nearby Riverside dealership, I was still bitter about Ford dealerships. The staff was very polite and courteous even at 830 in the morning. The Service manager was the 1st to greet me and i was told it would be approximately 2 hours for completion. A little over an hour later i was on my way home. The staff had the same sincere smiles they had when I arrived. Excellent Service More

Another good experience I needed a oil change and I need it done pretty quickly. I called Pat and made an appointment , I told her that I had a doctor's appointment and had t I needed a oil change and I need it done pretty quickly.
