Excellent Service and Sales Department This will be my 6th Cadillac that I either purchased or leased, my 4th with Paul Conte. Abe, Tom, Shai , Gary and Danny are the best in service department. Patrick and David are the nicest from sales department. I would highly recommend. More

I found David Colotti!!! I was so upset when I walked into North Bay Cadillac and they told me, David Colotti, was no longer with the company. When I asked them, Where did he I was so upset when I walked into North Bay Cadillac and they told me, David Colotti, was no longer with the company. When I asked them, Where did he go? No one knew . . . I left North Bay with some information about buying out my lease . . . However, I really wanted a different color car! To my surprise, when I walked into Paul Conte/Freeport Showroom, David Colotti approached me! I was soooooooooooo thrilled to see him, and Dave helped me buy the car of my dreams! Dave introduced me to Pat McCabe, who helped me with my purchase also! When I told Dave what had happened at North Bay, he was very surprised that they didn't let me know that he had been working at Paul Conte Cadillac! All I can say is, Dave was wonderful to work with, and I trusted him, just like My Dad did, who had recently passed away! I knew My Dad would be happy that I found Dave, and that he was able to help me find my dream car!! I would definitely recommend everyone going to Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, NY! It was also great to see the same familiar faces like Debbie, the receptionist and all the guys in the Service Department, that I had known since I bought My first Cadillac from them, in 2004!! Purchase of used Cadillac CTS When my husband apprised me that he wanted to trade in his old Cadillac for a newer one, all I could think of was "oh, no!" I dreaded the thought of going around to all the dealers and having to suffer through experience of dealing with all the creepy salesmen who you just know are not telling the truth and are just trying to pressure you into buying at the highest price...UGH! Imagine my surprise when we went to Paul Conte Cadillac and encountered salesman Alan Halpern. He was very professional and knowledgeable, low-keyed and nice! He actually made the experience enjoyable and, most importantly, we did not feel that we were being taken advantage of. We'd also like to commend David Colotti, the manager, who again we felt treated us kindly and fairly. Also thanks to Pat McCabe who stepped in for Alan to provide the test drive. The entire team at Paul Conte, including the service tech, Henni, was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would definitely look forward to buying another car from them. We had previously visited many dealerships, only to have been misled (a more polite expression of having been lied to) once we arrived at elsewhere dealership with "online price" add-ons to our all- cash offer. Our salesman and his manager at Conte Cadillac, Inc. streamlined the dealing when confronted with my wife's direct Wall Street / bottom line, all business "Take it, deal or no deal?" target price. Papers were signed. Car was delivered the next business day to our home in CT within seven minutes of promised arrival time (early). I phoned Mr. Colotti to report a missing TV remote control... It seems like nanoseconds later FEDEX delivered the replacement that he promised .... well, OK, the next day, not nanoseconds. My only regret, a small one, is that we could not come to terms with Pat for an "in-house" / at-cost set of extra keys from the Conte GM Parts Department. BOTTOM LINE: We experienced an exceptionally positive experience and unreservedly recommend this dealership. More

When I got to the dealership, we spent a lot of time looking at many cars and they were helpful every step of the way making the car buying experience as pleasant as possible. When we saw something we didn't like or understand they were quick to change it or provide me with an explanation and all the while ensuring my satisfaction. They truly provided us a top shelf experience in trading in our old car and coming home with a new (used) one. I would definitely recommend these guys. More

I have owned or leased a Cadillac from Paul Conte Cadillac for many years. I have alway had an exceptional purchasing experience receiving a great vehicle for a fair price. The service has always b Cadillac for many years. I have alway had an exceptional purchasing experience receiving a great vehicle for a fair price. The service has always been first class however, last year during Super Storm Sandy, the folk at Paul Conte went over and above in order to assist me. My 2011 CTS was flooded out and totalled by the storm. Pat McCabe assisted me quickly in rolling over my lease into a new vehicle. It took longer than normal to prep my new auto so Pat loaned me his own vehicle so that I could keep an important doctor's appointment. Tom Loche, who has been my my service rep., offered me and my family his home to live in throughout the storm while I had no electric power or heat. I feel indebted to both these employees of Paul Conte Cadillac. It isn't often that you find such good natured people. Paul Conte Cadillac should be proud of their staff. Their efforts have made me a Paul Conte Cadillac customer for as long as I can afford to purchase a Cadillac. More
