Joseph showed us different vehicles and he new the differences between each model. We drove the car with Joseph and he showed us the many options in the Rav4. I had gone to two other dealerships. One was under construction and the other was dishonest. I was sent to Millenium by friends who know Pat Marangiello. He handed me over to Brian Tighe who really wo construction and the other was dishonest. I was sent to Millenium by friends who know Pat Marangiello. He handed me over to Brian Tighe who really worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I can afford. There were no games, just straight forward and up front deals. I purchased a 2014 Rav4 and got all the features that are important to me and more. My kids love the talking lady in the radio (Bluetooth). I have already recommended a close friend (she had and older Rav4 and loved it) I gave her Brian's number and she will be contacting him anytime now. I will be back to have my remote start and alarm system put in. Thank you Brian, Pat, John, Michael, Nicole and Julio (he put my plates on and hooked up my Bluetooth). On my past visit back in February 2013, Mark Campbell was my salesman, and as he was with my mother n' law (she also leased a Corolla back in 2012): Mark exhibited patience , insight, and advice - I've always appreciated that from this particular dealership. An added bonus to all of this is a top notch Service Department professionally overseen by John Joseph (I have to think John Joseph is specifically responsible as I have noticed over the years that wherever John Joseph is in charge of a Service Department, it's always run in the same professional manner)...I'll be back ...Mitch Suval More

He was exact to the point and wasted no time trying to impress us with useless facts and typical car-salesman games. He was honest and asked us questions that would help us make the right decision and getting the best deal and price. We knew what we wanted when we walked into Millennium Toyota, and really did not want to be talked out of it by any salesman. Brian Tighe understood what we needed and helped us make the whole process quick. We got a fair price for our trade in car and the price on a new car ( 2013 Rav4 Limited), was exactly what we wanted to pay. We took the car home the same day and I feel like Brian Tighe, did the right thing for us. Great guy and a very good salesman. Brian, if you are reading this, we love our Rav4 Limited. Also, kudos to Pat Marangello, the Lease Manager, who we had dealt with in the past on our previous purchase of a 2010 Toyota Camry LE. This is my third Toyota I am leasing. I thought the price quoted originally would have been the price I was going to pay monthly. Also, the original vehicle which I would have like to lease was more than I o quoted originally would have been the price I was going to pay monthly. Also, the original vehicle which I would have like to lease was more than I originally liked to pay. The vehicle I have is alright but not the original I can afford now since the original price was different that quoted. I dont know why was I quoted a price with the sales person and the lease manager, and when I seen the finance person the price went up and I had to get another vehicle than the one I originally wanted. This was very disappointing to me. More
