Also, great assistance was provided by Cameron who coordinated the purchase and was always available, and by the new pro friendly and knowledgeable. Where to start, from the moment I entered the store I was greeted and treated with a respect and courteous service. In fact, the Sales Manager actually worked with me, as it was a busy day. His level of attention and follow up allowed my wife and I to review, drive and conclude a hassle-free purchase in about 90 minutes. There was no screwing around like at other dealerships in the past, which could have taken hours. More

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership. They made the process quick and easy. She had me bring my car in and they detailed it, fixed my door, and did a few extra things for me as well. They gave me a 2021 loaner car so I could still go about my day. What a turn around this was from my past service. I also met with Pat Esposito and he was great and very communicative with me. He kept me updated on my car and apologized for not knowing what was going on with me in the weeks prior. Thank you both for promptly fixing these issues. The one thing I will say is that I wish it was handled before I had to leave an upsetting review to get someone at Toyota's attention. I had been reaching out for weeks with no answer until I wrote this review. But, other than that, I love my car now and am appreciative they were able to help me out! March 8, 2021 Two weeks ago I bought a 2018 Toyota camry. At first, everything was fine because I was in the buying process. Then, after I had signed all the paperwork, it was like I never existed. The communication I received was horrible. They told me I could pick up my car at Wednesday the latest. I waited around till Wednesday, and then the afternoon came and no one had contacted me. I called my salesperson, Eddie, who wouldn't answer or take my emails. I called the dealership directly, and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes, then asked again who I was calling. They got me on the phone with my finance manager and he informed me Eddie was out sick and that I would have to wait longer for my car. Thursday comes around and no phone call or contact. I call again since they told me I would get my car Thursday. No go. Eddie told me hopefully Friday. So finally, Friday AFTERNOON Eddie calls and says I can pick up my car. By then, I had already missed 3 days of work due to their lack of communication. Friday I go to pick up my car and the car is not detailed and to top it off, they LOCK my keys in my car with no spare. I waited for about a half hour until they had to pry open my drivers side door. When I was driving my car the next day, I noticed a draft from my door and it sounded like my door was open. I went outside to inspect the door and the seal, and it is all damaged from them prying the side of my car open. I have been calling, emailing them all this week to get it looked at and no one will answer me. Then I find out Eddie has been fired / quit. Still, no one will get back to me about my door. I have video of them damaging my new car and will be posting it everywhere I can until someone contacts me about this horrible experience I've had. I will NEVER go back to this dealer and would not recommend it to anyone. More

My family and I have bought dozens of cars from dealers new and used. Found the car online and Bri got in contact with me immediately. She gave me all the information on the vehicle I asked and stayed in c new and used. Found the car online and Bri got in contact with me immediately. She gave me all the information on the vehicle I asked and stayed in contact with me while I was back and forth on the truck for days. I told her I was only able to come today and she tried her best efforts to get someone to help me as it was her sons birthday and could not come in. She went above and beyond trying to make the process as easy as possible and referring me over to her friend Jen. Took the nearly 4 hour drive today to buy the rarest spec of Tacoma on the market. Nothing can compare with the experience I've had today. Jennifer was super helpful and uplifting when it came to buying my Tacoma Trd Pro 6mt. I complained about needing a rubber mat for the scuffed bed when i was checking it out. She went straight to the back to see what she could do for me. Then she told me that I can at most get the mat at cost from the dealer. She went as far as offering to pay for half out of her own pocket... When have you ever heard a salesperson offer that? It's a first for everything I guess. Everyone I talked to were very kind and even went into talking about their own life during conversations. No pressuring sales tactics, no hidden fees, not a single slight arrogant moment from anyone, cant say the same for other dealers and I am definitely not one to take rudeness from people. Give jen a call if you're in the market, you'll see exactly what I am talking about. Edit: As amazing as Bri and Jen were... Ive discovered that they sold me a truck with an accident report and failed to disclose it to me. They use autocheck and sent me a report that showed the first 600 miles back when it was new, clearly there weren't any accidents. I check carfax to see when i should service the truck, surprise.. Accident reported 2 years ago. They sold me a truck without a clean title for a clean title price. Contacted them and what I got in return wasnt a sorry, it was just their excuse for selling it as is.. "Its a rare truck and resale is no issue". Of course it will be an issue, im sure the slimey sales managers would take off $3k+ over an accident on the record. In addition to that, the sales manager tacked on a $600 dealer conveyance fee without my knowledge and had previously acknowledged im not paying anything more than taxes and docu/reg fee. A conveyance fee meaning a hidden fee. So much for finding a good dealer right? Good luck More

Good dealership and friendly sales reps too. Buying a car during the coranvirus was surprisingly easygoing too. The whole buying experience was easy .
