This dealer listed a car with a good price that turned out to not being allowed to be driven off the parking lot for a test drive, due to being sold "as is". I would have given no stars if could have. I just bought online from Suburban Ford a 2017 Ford Focus RS with only 7000 miles on the odometer. Paid top dollar. Pictures looked great, had only 7 I just bought online from Suburban Ford a 2017 Ford Focus RS with only 7000 miles on the odometer. Paid top dollar. Pictures looked great, had only 7000 miles and the dealership had good reviews so I didn't order a pre-purchase inspection. Bad move. The car has flood damage. Rust everywhere. I contacted the dealership and when they finally got around to calling me the used car manager RJ basically said too bad. All sales are final. You really see how good a businesses is when they have to deal with problems. This company fails spectacularly. I'm stuck with a car worth a fraction of what I paid because they failed to disclose the issues. I'm sure they'll respond that it's not their problem. Buyer beware More

Melissa was our sales person and she went above and beyond on everything! Pam was excellent with all her help. Stephan and Zach also went above and beyond for everything! I’ve delivered to hundreds of dealerships but this one, suburaban ford of Waterford was by far number 1! Melissa was born to do this! They don’t pressure you into buying, they make you feel comfortable. They make it seem that their number goal is NOT just selling, but helping people and making them feel happy and proud! I recently bought a 2016 F150 from Suburban Ford of Waterford. I love the truck. I am not so happy with the sales staff. I worked with Pam to negotiate a price of $14,800 + fees. I then was working wit Waterford. I love the truck. I am not so happy with the sales staff. I worked with Pam to negotiate a price of $14,800 + fees. I then was working with Ryan on the purchase. I contaccted Ryan and he said everything is set up and ready, just come pick up the truck. I drove 4 hours to purchase the truck. When I signed the paperwork (through the tablet) Michael the finance guy went through the paperwork so fast, I barely had time to look at it. Although he did have time to show me all of the extended warrenty oprions. As it turns out, there must be a method to that type of sales because when i got home, my sales price on a $14,800 +fees was over $18,000. I did contact Ryan and he forwarded me to Michael who did not return my contact, so I contacted Zach the sales manager and again no contact. So my advice is to make sure you read all of the fiqures and get the deal you were promised. I realize I should have paid more attention but i thought they were trustworthy, again, I do love the truck but I will not be visiting Suburban Ford of Waterford again. I have talked with the general manager and he is looking into my situation. More

Ms. Rodriguez responded to the email asking about the availability of a Maverick which was posted online as in inventory. She called and left a voicemail; explaining that vehicle wasn't available, howeve availability of a Maverick which was posted online as in inventory. She called and left a voicemail; explaining that vehicle wasn't available, however, she wouldn't answer my multiple return calls less than 10 seconds after the voicemail, and she didn't respond to the voicemail I left her. Too bad, she dismissed a potential sale that quickly, I was in the market and would have looked at another option that Ford offered, but she never followed up. Heck, she wouldn't even answer her phone. Seems as though she felt a sale wasn't to be made, and quickly wrote the encounter off. She failed to follow up with me and ask if something else would work for me, and that's a shame, I would have purchased a vehicle that week. Given her low rating here, that's not really a surprise though. After reading the reviews of her here, I'm not surprised. More

RUN! This by far was the worst process in trying to purchase a car for cash. This dealership could use training on working with fulltime RVer's and customer service. Mike was extremely rude to our insurance company. No communication between sales and the person with the final say. No response from management. No online phone numbers are answered. Wired purchase price was returned by a check with a 7-day hold. No explanation as to why it could not be wired back, the same way it was received. Proof of insurance, on a cash deal, was not acceptable per their company guidelines. Remember, we were paying 100% cash. Deal cancelled. More
