I spoke to Oz Osman over the phone, and he was very pleased to help me right away. However, the day I had free to come by the dealership, he informed me that he would be out. And so he assigned Aldijan pleased to help me right away. However, the day I had free to come by the dealership, he informed me that he would be out. And so he assigned Aldijan to me instead, whom I gathered was personally trained by Oz. If Oz did train Mr. Aldijan, then it provides testament to his effectiveness, as Aldijan couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Despite some clerical errors in other departments that made the process difficult, Oz's stand-in really stepped up in customer service and proved he was plenty knowledgeable. I can certainly recommend Aldijan, and, if his protégé is any indication, I can recommend Mr. Osman as well. More

Did not want the useless add on from the dealership but they would not sell the car without it. I asked not to buy it but they stated the dealership requires it as part of all car purchases. I paid what they would not sell the car without it. I asked not to buy it but they stated the dealership requires it as part of all car purchases. I paid what the sticker price was and then an additional $1500. But i was able to get the charge cut in half but they require purchase of the package. I think that is xxxxxxxx and I think Carvana eventually win due to this. Dealerships are making up additional charges which are supplementing cost of staff and brink and mortor I don't need to pay for. More
