Ovi is an excellent sales Assoc. he is courteous, helpful and did everything in his power to make it possible for us to lease the Honda Accord we looked at. It can only be of a great advantage for Honda of and did everything in his power to make it possible for us to lease the Honda Accord we looked at. We purchased a vehicle from Honda of Ocala in June 2010. We were extremely unhappy with the negotiated purchase & way we were treated by Honda personnel & had no intention of ever returning to Honda of Ocal We were extremely unhappy with the negotiated purchase & way we were treated by Honda personnel & had no intention of ever returning to Honda of Ocala to purchase another vehicle. We dealt with Ovi over the internet & showed up one day on a whim to look at a brand new 2012 Honda Pilot. Ovi was wonderful to work with & was very fair in dealing with us. He was extremely pleasant & 100% changed our feelings towards Honda of Ocala. We purchased the vehicle he first showed us and are very happy with the purchase. Kenny handled our financing very quickly as well. Ovi even went the extra step to help clean out our old Honda so my husband could get home to watch the Gator Football game. Great experience overall & we hope to be back to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

Ovi was such a great salesman. He was not pushy at all, so we automatically felt safe with him. He took his time showing us different models and came along on the test drives. He knew his stuff - every que so we automatically felt safe with him. He took his time showing us different models and came along on the test drives. He knew his stuff - every question we asked was answered without hesitation. Not only did he do his job professionally and timely, but he was simply fun to be around. He kept us laughing, and was genuinely nice. I already loved Honda of Ocala, but he took this experience above and beyond. I will definitely recommend the dealership again, and would confidently send anyone I know to Ovi. More

Made the process as easy as possible. Showed me what I wanted to see. Ovi was an extremely helpful person and took good care of me. Laura and I had been thinking of a new car purchase for almost a year. Studied all the 2012 models and did test drive a few. Our intention was to purchase the model car my wife wanted, Toyota Prius. She ag almost a year. Studied all the 2012 models and did test drive a few. Our intention was to purchase the model car my wife wanted, Toyota Prius. She agreed to look at the others but unless something (car other than Toyota) really got her attention she wanted Toyota. The bottom line was our salesman and the overall dealership impact swayed us to buy Honda. Ovi Chisu and his manager could not have been more forthcoming with information we needed making our decision for a Honda. Making many phone calls, rather than trips to Ocala was very helpful. Ovi did give us answers with those phone talks (something all new to us) question about our leasing our new car. Thank You all Laura and Orville More

The sales people were very helpful as well as knowledgible about the particular vehicle we were looking for. It would have been a more desireable vehicle had the manufacturer included in accessor knowledgible about the particular vehicle we were looking for.
