Big Dealership...Big Customer Service Most of my buying experience was over text and email. When I got to the dealership, Oscar had everything ready for me so the sale went quick and the E Most of my buying experience was over text and email. When I got to the dealership, Oscar had everything ready for me so the sale went quick and the Escalade was just as I had requested. I am very picky, especially when making a purchase of this magnitude so thankfully although the dealership is large, they were also very concerned with my satisfaction. When I was done signing all the paperwork, Oscar continued to give great service by showing me all the unique features of my new vehicle. It was late at night yet Oscar didn't rush me at all, instead he answered every question. All in all, I had a great buying experience...the best car buying experience yet. More

I had been to several dealerships and was not given an opportunity to drive the vehicle that I was interested in but Oscar provided that opportunity.
