Very Surprised this time around Second purchase from this dealership and even though Juan Mendez (Product Specialist) and Oscar Caicedo (Financing) SURPASSED my EVERY EXPECTATIONS wi Second purchase from this dealership and even though Juan Mendez (Product Specialist) and Oscar Caicedo (Financing) SURPASSED my EVERY EXPECTATIONS with Extreme Professionalism, Patience, Grace, and Class, I am sorry to rate with 4 STARS due to Joe Avilla (Used Car Manager). Upon arrival to the dealership, Amanda Barry was my initial contact. She passed me to Juan who could NOT meet my expectations more than he did. He LISTENED! Not too many Sales Pros actually LISTEN! I needed to contact Juan the next day to inquire about the deal. Here is where Joe Avilla dealt with my phone inquiry due to the absence of Juan. I ALMOST CANCELLED MY DEAL! Joe made me feel like a child, being extremely abrupt, rude, and offensive to my inquiries. Toward the end of the conversation, all I can recall is Joe asking me if I wanted him to" return my vehicle to the front line" and when I asked "what does that mean?" his response was "What do YOU mean?"...In order to keep this review as professional as possible I will just say to the Owners of Honda that this person Joe is a complete and utterly disrespectful representation of your establishment! Everyone deserves to be treated with the upmost respect especially over the phone. We all have questions and have the right to call in and inquire. That said, I sincerely appreciate the time spent with Oscar and Juan, especially, and will ONLY tell referrals to request these two individuals. More

Before coming to this Honda dealership and working Oscar I had two awful experiences where I felt like the dealership and sales rep were trying to trick me into buying add-ons and refusing to come down on the price but rather offering a higher price, even though we my parents had just bought a car there! Anyway, Oscar makes the process stress-free. He is honest and helpful with your decision-making without making you feel pressured. Highly reccommend! You cannot go wrong!! More

Integrity abounds here! From my very first Internet question sent late on a weekend night, they were nothing but professional, responsive, respectful, and helpful. They also had the best price of the 6 dealerships I communicated with, and this price was offered on my first request! They answered my many questions and requests for numbers quickly and completely. Over the course of my entire transaction I dealt with no fewer than 10 individuals from Internet sales, floor sales, finance, accessories purchase, to the receptionist in the showroom, and it is very obvious that the kind and professional treatment I received is representative of the culture and attitude of the entire dealership. John Fitzpatrick told me on my first contact with him that they would treat me right, and I have to say he was completely right! More

He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle i was looking for. To be honest, I knew a lot more about the Honda accord than most dealer's sales people i have been to prior to meeting Frank Diaz. He was the only one who understood my needs and was patient enough to answer the long list of questions i had to my satisfaction. Their pricing was simply- UNBEATABLE! i have already recommended this dealership to several other friends who will be looking for a new car in the weeks and months ahead. Great SERVICE So, I went to look and see what I would qualify for. I had my eye set on a specific vehicle. My credit isn't the best, yet its not the worse either, but these guys pushed and pushed until they got me in a brand new car. My experience with Honda Cars of Boston was GREAT. Now, my sales person Ataan Kurgun was AWESOME.....I told him what I was looking for in a car and he made it his goal to make sure i got everything I wanted in a car and more. He showed how all the features in the car worked, setup my bluetooth and radio stations. I'm thrilled and excited at the same time and its all because of the guys at Honda Cars of Boston!!! I will defiantly be referring other people to this dealership!!! These guys REALLY made me feel like family, they give LOTS of hugs... They're happy if you're happy!!! Thanks Guys!! More

I was told that he was the most honest car dealer they have ever dealt with. I am a single mom and I have been taken advantage of in the past by different car salesman. I couldn't believe how wonderful Mr. Fitzpatrick was. He was kind, considerate, and totally Honest. He made my experience so comfortable. He made sure that I understood everything about the 2014 Honda Civic I was purchasing for my daughter. I never, at any time felt pressured. The Employees in the Finance Department also made me feel comfortable. My overall experience was Excellent. I am recommending this dealership, and most of all John Fitzpatrick to all of my family and all of my 1,600 friends on Facebook!!! Thanks to John my Daughter is Extremely Happy :) More
