I'm usually the first to complain about dealerships and in my long experience there are very few 'good' visits for anything that isn't absolutely routine. The replaced non OEM parts for OEM ones, even though my vehicle was now out of warranty. (initial repair done under warranty) To top it off, they did it in 1 day less than anticipated. Took over 10 minutes to check me in for an appt for an oil change when no other customer was there with zero explanation until I asked. The manager was extremely rude to me when I told him I was in a hurr oil change when no other customer was there with zero explanation until I asked. The manager was extremely rude to me when I told him I was in a hurry and was going to be late to a meeting. Tried to tell me I had to pay $100 when I had Jeep Wave. Horrible customer service from someone who’s supposed to be a manager. He made me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. More

Customer service is not much better than A computer. Support staff read from a script which does not help customers. Staff inability to read simple parts list cost two days this is has to be cleaned up Support staff read from a script which does not help customers. This will make you lose a lot of customers and respect those customers. More

Dealership told my mom that the diagnostic would cost $105… it came out to $215… THEN they quoted me 10k to fix some things on my pickup.. took it to a LOCAL mechanic And I'm getting my truck fixed for $105… it came out to $215… THEN they quoted me 10k to fix some things on my pickup.. took it to a LOCAL mechanic And I'm getting my truck fixed for 3k… don't don’t take your vehicles to dealerships they’ll rob ya every time!!!
