We live in Wasilla, and have been to 3 different dealerships…this dealership (#4) had an accident the night before and was still willing to help us…just amazing customer service along with just bein dealerships…this dealership (#4) had an accident the night before and was still willing to help us…just amazing customer service along with just being very personable with meeting our needs. I preordered a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from this dealership back in September 2023. The vehicle came to the dealership on or about the 14 of February. The original salesperson was not available that I ordered the Jeep through, so Matthew Stanbro and Oliver Petrykievicz rose to the challenge. Matthew and Oliver made short work to ensure my purchase and process ran smoothly in less than 12hours prior to me coming in. It took roughly 1 hour and some change to complete my purchase of and drive off the lot with my Jeep (which included the inspection and trade in of my old Wrangler). Matt and Oliver could not have given me any better of an experience or representation of that dealership. Amazing and efficient at their jobs is an understatement. James Vittone gave me the absolute best service that I could have asked for from a Finance Expert and Advisor. He gave me the best plan and warranty for the use of my Jeep for the next 10 years. All above names mentioned went above and beyond for my service, and are clearly masters of their craft. Thank you so much for making my experience at this dealership the absolute best it could be. Please do something extra for these guys! They really do deserve it! More

1) Nate and Jack were awesome to work with. Last week my truck wasn't going to make the 130mi drive home from Anchorage. They got me in the line up for the next day. The service writer Nate was honest and didn’t push me into making quick decisions. I was also fortunate enough to speak with the tech working on my truck. He is sharp and knows diesel trucks. We had a good chat about the repair options and going forward with my old truck. In the end they got it fixed up, and my wife and decided that it was time to trade it in due to its age and mileage and future repairs. Like us humans as we get older, we make more visits to the doctor. 2) Joe Selano and the sales team were great to work with. Joe took time out of his day to pick me up from the airport when I needed to drop off my rental car when I returned to Anchorage this week. I’ve owned many trucks over the years, and I tend to keep them a lot longer than most. I’m not the type to trade one in every 3-5yrs. So I’m picky. Joe was very patient with me, and I never felt rushed or felt pushed into one truck or another. They had a great selection of new 2023-24 and low mile used trucks. Had to make the hard choice over a Laramie and a well fitted out Bighorn. We picked the latter. It fit the bill and didn’t flatten the wallet. Drove it home, 130mi. on some of the most variable winter road conditions we’ve had in years. I felt safe and it was an easy drive home. Thank you Joe, Nate, and Jack! I’ll be back! More
