When my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Oleg greeted us warmly and took us for a test drive immediately. He was very professional and introduced every unique feature of the GT to us. The whole test drive lasts for around an hour. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and he was very patient. The purchase process is painless since Rob offered a great price with no hassle. He listened to me....did not try to do a hardcore sales pitch....gave me options...and when I chose a car, he explained every explicit details of that car, helped me set up my iDrive and Bluetooth, then sent me on my way. I have purchased three BMWs in the past and NEVER had the kind, relational, attentive service Oleg gave. I was serviced my Ron for financial matters and he equaled Oleg in service.
