everyone I dealt with over five visits to make the sale were very positive. The sales transaction was handled nicely and Justin got help with the transaction when he thought he needed it. Don is extremely well educated on his product and the sales documents. Oleg was extremely pleasant and prepared. We came to the dealership just looking around - not expecting to actually make a purchase. They were very easy going - no pressure. They made me feel welcome. Me and my husband ended up buying two n expecting to actually make a purchase. They were very easy going - no pressure. They made me feel welcome. Me and my husband ended up buying two new cars (we needed them) and are so happy with our purchase and the price we paid. I'm so glad we went to Halleen Kia. We had been to two Honda dealers and didn't make a purchase - so we mean it when we say we had a great enough experience to actually buy 2 vehicles! More

This dealership is worth the drive no matter how far. It was a great experience purchasing a new car with Halleen. Everyone was so friendly and made my purchase fun and non-stressful. I was greeted right away. Got to test drive the Soul and then we went right into action and a few days later, I was sitting in my new ride! (It was being sent from another location) Thank you Kia for making my car purchase a great experience!!!!! More

I went there to buy my first car. Immediately as we pulled up, Mark greeted us and asked us if we wanted to be left alone or if we needed some help. I really appreciated his laid back attitude. I told him what I was looking for in a car and he showed us a few models. We found a car that was not yet "for sale", that is, it hadn't been cleaned. It fit the bill perfectly. We took it out for a test drive after having spent maybe 5 minutes on the lot. The entire time, Mark was very friendly and had a great attitude towards helping a first time buyer. We got back to the dealership and were able to take care of getting me a quote really fast. We were able to negotiate a great price. He was also very understanding about having to transfer money between bank accounts and told me to call in when they can deposit the check. I called Mark the next day informing him that my insurance was taken care of and that I was ready to pick it up whenever it was done being detailed. He told me that I can probably come 2 hours earlier than my quoted time, but he'll call me back in an hour to be sure. He called me back and told me I can actually come 3 hours earlier. Perfect. I got to the dealership and had everything but the financing signed very quickly. Besides the misquoted wait time (which was partially my fault as I had gotten there 15 minutes later than I said I would), I was done with the financing with Oleg very quickly. He was also very patient and friendly. All in all, I got a great car at a great value and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
