I called duane back from the voicemail he left and he treated me with respect from the first moment we spoke till he introduced me to lil joe. Lil joe was a great pleasure and made all the hours i spent here at the dealership worth it and enjoyable he then introduced me JT the finance manager and he got me in and out honestly in no time. I did have a few concerns and i spoke with the general sales manager dustin and afterwards i felt more comfortable with the dealership and that made the decision of me purchasing the vehicle from here much easier. You guys were great! More

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, So I never would have thought that my boyfriend would be able to get this car with out a co signer, but they made it happen! My boyfriend was going to trade in his car and that was going to be his down payment. But due to family issues my boyfriend was having they worked it out to where he had to put NOTHING down, and still keeping the the low payments he was promised before. These people are miracle workers! I would do business with them again. Thank you so much. He loves his car! More

We actually left a dealership in Willowbrook because of the poor service we received there. We went to Bill Kay and OC could not have made it a better experience. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted. He didn't waste our time trying to force us to buy something we didn't want. He was personable, accurate, and made sure that he made the process seamless. I would highly recommend OC to future Ford buyers as well as purchase future cars from him. He should go teach the guys over in Willowbrook how to treat a customer. We are 100% satisfied with the level of service we received from OC. I cannot thank him enough for his diligence as well as his excellent customer service!!!! He truly made every aspect of car buying an enjoyable one!!! More

The President and owner of many dealerships in the state of Illinois (Bill Kay) knows how to run a business. He fully understands a customers needs and will work with you in order to fix problems that arise of Illinois (Bill Kay) knows how to run a business. I had various problems with his dealership & he wen't above and beyond in order to clarify and remedy the situations that became problematic. The next time I need a vehicle I will be going to one of his dealerships, without a doubt. The general manager of Bill Kay Ford (Mark Bowen) needs to learn how to remain professional and courteous to customers while keeping his attitude and anger in check. However, thanks to Bill Kay himself, I will continue to remain a customer for many years (and refer others to his dealerships). Thank you Bill Kay!
