Norm Murnieks was what I was hoping for. I absolutely hate buying vehicles. it's never as easy as we'd like. But I can't say enough about my experience with Norm and Langley Chrysler. It was the best experience buying a vehicle so I thought that was worth mentioning. Norm seemed 'real' which was nice ring off the bat and there was no wasting time and I feel like he really worked for me. Thanks Norm. More

Found exactly what I wanted... and fast! The dealership was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. We negotiated a price I was very comfortable with. Great Sales Department... Terrible Service Department Bought a jeep here in July and the sales department was wonderful. Norm was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, since then I've had to take my Bought a jeep here in July and the sales department was wonderful. Norm was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, since then I've had to take my jeep back 3 times and they haven't been helpful at all. The service is slow, there's no point in booking an appointment because they still keep your car basically all day. I've called and left messages for the manager and had had emails sent to him to have him call me. Not a single call back. If you buy your jeep here I suggest getting it serviced elsewhere. More

ignored bought a 2016 ram 3500 dually new from this dealer. brought it back with 600km on it for a bad vibration when on highway. Went for a drive with chief bought a 2016 ram 3500 dually new from this dealer. brought it back with 600km on it for a bad vibration when on highway. Went for a drive with chief mechanic to determine problem. He said it was tire issue balanced my tires. Issue still there took it back told nothing wrong. Booked a appt with the same guy the following week went for the same drive and determined that there was still a issue with the truck. He wanted to contact chrysler engineering to find any info he could on what might be causing the problem. He told me to leave it with him and he would get back to me. 10 weeks later still no call back. I called dealer customer service talked to Mike he called me back said still haven't heard from chrysler. 2 weeks later I e-mailed chrysler customer service to find out anything on this. They tell me no inquiry has been made. After a few e-mails with chrysler service they tell me that they have instructed the dealer to contact me. It's been 2 more weeks not even a call. This is the worst service or lack of service I have ever come across. This place has no integrity or commitment at all. My advice would be to stay away from this business. G Crawford More

Fantastic experience! Couldn't be happier with my used Chrysler 300 purchase! Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Out of my comfort zone, I took a flight from Comox and Couldn't be happier with my used Chrysler 300 purchase! Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Out of my comfort zone, I took a flight from Comox and a cab from the south terminal of which was paid by the dealership as I did buy they car. Overall, it was a great experience! More
