We live about 50 miles from Yonkers Kia. Our salesperson, Noel, provided us with out-the-door price of our new car, 2023 Kia Niro EX, via email before we visited this dealer. At that point, Our salesperson, Noel, provided us with out-the-door price of our new car, 2023 Kia Niro EX, via email before we visited this dealer. At that point, we already had quotes from two other dealerships and Kia of Yonkers price beat the next best offer by more than $2,500. We were suspicious about hidden fees, but decided to proceed. To our surprise, there were no hidden charges and we paid the exact price that was provided in an online quote. Overall process was smooth and took less time than usual. After we signed the papers, Noel helped us link our phones to the car using Kia Connect app. Overall, our experience with Noel and Kia of Yonkers has been wonderful! More

The transaction process felt rushed, while waiting often for answers or things to happen. It took over an hour to find the keys for the car we were interested in, but then the shop was closing.
