Dishonest and unresponsive. The internet manager, Noel Dominguez, promised not to check my credit until we had a hard deal, which we did not. I relied on this assurance. Despite David Bean, another salesperson, apologizing and noting that "that is against our policy and should never have been done," the dealership has ignored multiple attempts by me to get in touch. Their "head of customer relations" Laura has promised to reach out to me and yet has not. Stay away if you don't want to be taken advantage of!! More
