21 Titan SV. Non stop problems with my head unit, car play and rear view camera. Head unit freezes and goes black. Horrible customer service each and every time. Transmission blew at 16,000 miles. Got the truck appraised by nissan at 44k. Asked if they would buy it back at that price so I can go elsewhere. Was told by Luis that “he wasn’t interested in my truck.” I wouldn’t be interested in a truck with a blown trans either. But I’m really not interested in every speaking positively to others about my time with Gerald of Naperville ever again! More

I purchased my new to me Sentra from here. Everyone was amazing! Allison and Dana helped me prepare for my appointment so everything was ready to go. The desk managers and General Manager were all so kind and welcoming. I also got a lifetime power train warranty included with purchase! I will recommend Gerald Nissan in Naperville to everyone I know. More

Both Johnny the sales manager and Noaha Lara, my salesman, went above and beyond to help us purchase our car. They were friendly and patient while we decided between multiple vehicles.
