Our salesman, Chris Dunn was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Process for buying was long and slow, it would have been nice to have had each step explained and allowed us to leave vehicle we were interested in. We were told that the dealership was going to pay for some "extras" we were interested in, but it turned out that we had to pay for them from our points. We were too deep into the process to back out at that point, but felt cheated. We were supposed to get a $50 card for taking a test drive, but it never appeared and even went back to ask for it, but with no luck. The advertisement is a come on. More

This dealership is a bad choice. Their service is usually poor and the employees sometime try to make you pay for something that should be covered under warranty. Great experience. They couldn't have been more accommodating. The Daytona dealership wanted to charge considerably more for the same service and keep the truck for a w They couldn't have been more accommodating.
