Job well done I was impressed by Nikki; she did not try to insist that the car I was checking out was the only car for me and that all others didn’t measure up to t I was impressed by Nikki; she did not try to insist that the car I was checking out was the only car for me and that all others didn’t measure up to the product she was showing us. She did talk about the features that I would like and explained everything pleasantly. It was the major reason why I returned after checking out some other brands and wanted to know more about the Tucson. Her attitude had a lot to do with helping me make up my mind about a Hyundai and your company. I would easily recommend her to any of my acquaintances who would be interested in checking out your dealership if thinking of buying a new car. More

Fast and Friendly Nikki greeted us the moment we exited our car and got right to work for us. Was friendly and tried her best to make the process quick to accommodate f Nikki greeted us the moment we exited our car and got right to work for us. Was friendly and tried her best to make the process quick to accommodate for us as we had our 5 month old with us. Found us the car that met our needs and was able to get us a payment we were happy with. Overall was a very quick and pleasant experience. Joey handled the finance portion and he was great. Helped us with our GAP cancellation and was very personable. Completed all the paperwork in a timely manner and made great conversation while doing it. Will definitely be back. More

I came to you because i have a hyundai and my best bet is to trust youll as ull are the dealership. I didnt felt i was given the service i needed. I was told everything in my car is in good condition etc. I came to check if my battery is dying because the car was given starter issues. I felt this was the only thing that was serviced because i said so. I wasnt given my inspection sheet stating that my car and all part are in good shape. I am thankful for the diagnosis and for the change in battery, however the cost for the battery and to put it in being $286 is ridiculous. Batteries are not that expensive and neither is the service fee. I mentioned that the tire pressure symbol has been on my dashboard for months and was told they adjusted it you just need to drive 5 miles and it should be off. Its almost 5 days now and its still there. If your work time says 9 to 6 or whatever please be meticulous at 9 as well as up to 6. We should not slack off and give folks a fly by night car inspection because its almost time to go home. I am appealing to the company to do better! More

Brandon Mitsubishi Very fast friendly service,no sales person attacked me,which is usually the first thing to happen when walking on a dealer lot. In and out within 40 m Very fast friendly service,no sales person attacked me,which is usually the first thing to happen when walking on a dealer lot. In and out within 40 min they had to inpest and spray my crewmember was expecting to be there a hour plus but didn't spend 40 min on site. Very nice workers and they found me when my car was done. More

Worst dealership don’t go here!!!!! Sneaky finance department signed papers at 4% interest for two cars. They said there was a problem 30 days later with the paper work changed my intere Sneaky finance department signed papers at 4% interest for two cars. They said there was a problem 30 days later with the paper work changed my interest rate and length of loan. When asked to see the new paper was made to feel like we did something wrong. Tried to call to get somethings fixed on my wife’s car that they said they would fix no call back to schedule anything but when there was a problem with our contract they called everyday. Oh by the way my wife Honda Pilot has infested with roaches took 30 days to kill them all. Would of let the dealership know but they don’t call you back. The day we came back to “fix” our paper work my wife tried to schedule a appointment with no luck. No call back again until there was another error in our paper work a week later. They called everyday. Also when when we got home and reviewed our paper work after running errands and we discovered the new finiacing agreement I called the dealership tried to get in contact with the GM, this was on a Sunday they said he wasn’t there and they would have him call me back on Monday, hey guess what no phone call back until there was another error with some paperwork. They only want to sell you a car. There is no customer service whatsoever after you buy the car they must have so many customers that losing some doesn’t mean anything to them. Most companies in customer service want you happy and spread good word of mouth to get more customers but they don’t need returning customers. More

Best Experienced That was my first time at Hyundai of Brandon. My experience was great. I will give 10+ star. This is the fist time I experienced a trust employer. And all the process was clear and transparent the suv price, my trade in and the financing process. Nikki understand what I was looking for and what I needed and she was so helpfull. Even Richard Waldron when I sat on the table and spoke with both of them I felt like I had a friendly chat. Definitly best employeer. My past three years i’ve bought five cars in different dealerships used and brand new and I had a good expirience, but Hyundai of Brandon was the greatest ever I definitly recommend Hyundai of Brandon.
