Nightmare since the beginning and still dealing with issues. Purchased brand new vehicle but the navigation does not work so they have to order a whole new radio unit. The unit is on back order and here issues. Purchased brand new vehicle but the navigation does not work so they have to order a whole new radio unit. The unit is on back order and here it is a month later and I still have not received it. Was promised a lease buyout amount in the form of a check to be sent directly to my leasing company for my trade in just to find out that it is now a month later and they still have not received payment. I am now being told they are sending ME the check and I have to send it to the leasing company myself. This could impact my credit rating due to late payment to my leasing company. False promises and no responses from most people that we dealt with. When needed a loaner vehicle I was provided with what can only be described as the company vehicle for the dealership as it was an old model Ram truck that looked like it was used for construction. Horrible odors inside. Was told this was the only vehicle that they had for a loaner. All of these issues and have only been offered a couple tanks of gas and a couple oil changes. That does not add up to the headache and stress dealing with these issues. Reached out directly to Mr Pucci only to get the assistant who said I would hair from them soon. It has now been 2 weeks and no response from the assistant or Mr Pucci. I would not be able to recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!! More

Well, looks like the old bait and switch is alive and kicking :-(. My son found a vehicle at this dealership, scheduled a test drive and we show up to be told the car is not on site being serviced at an kicking :-(. My son found a vehicle at this dealership, scheduled a test drive and we show up to be told the car is not on site being serviced at an offsite location. This after driving an hour to the dealership. They tried to get him interested in a different car and even said once car is inspected & reconditioned it might not be the same price as listed on the site. I asked for the general manager's name and was given the name of a sales manager. Truly a disappointing experience. Although we didn't get a vehicle, I will definitely tell everyone I know of our experience and list a complaint with the FTC. More

Unreal! Just an unreal situation. Bought a new truck, was made an excellent offer to purchase with many little extras promised to close the deal that you nev Just an unreal situation. Bought a new truck, was made an excellent offer to purchase with many little extras promised to close the deal that you never expect to get all of, but guess what? I got everything promised, and more. I needed a specialized service that the dealer had access to on ANOTHER DODGE VEHICLE that I owned. They got it done the same day and didn't even mark up the outside vendors charge to them. That's feeling like a part of the family. Thanks everyone Nigel, Kurt, Matt, and Giancarlo. Thank you all! I'll be back for that Hellcat that my wife says I don't need, He he heee. More
