Name was Nidal and let me just say he was wonderful, he was very helpful, friendly, persuasive, honest, and willing to help you leave the lot with a car no matter what and I was truly thankful for such a wonderful person. I wanted to cry when I got in y new car. Also Nidal was so nice to have y car cleaned and my Bluetooth hooked up personally 😊. I came back the next day and he met me on his off day just to help me with any questions or concerns that I had(amazing). But not just Nidal was wonderful the whole Toyota Team was very generous and very friendly and ready to help me with whatever I needed, I would advise everyone who is looking for a car or even thinking about a car to not just consider Toyota of Tampa Bay but to go on down and meet the Team and leave with a great big smile and a brand new beautiful Toyota. HAPPY CUSTOMER I came in with my daughter just to see what may be available for her. Before the end of the day we both drove off in our new Corolla's. Nidel Hatoum d I came in with my daughter just to see what may be available for her. Before the end of the day we both drove off in our new Corolla's. Nidel Hatoum didn't stop until he found the car for each of us. He and Martin Koehler worked back and forth on the payments etc until a deal was reached for both of us. From there we went to Franklin Millan. He worked several days until financing was arranged at the lowest percentage and payment etc. I've dealt for years with another dealership but by far TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY has it together hands down.
