Nicole was amazing. I went in with a very low opinion of car salespeople; seemingly reinforced by the ones literally attacking me in the parking lot; and then not being I went in with a very low opinion of car salespeople; seemingly reinforced by the ones literally attacking me in the parking lot; and then not being able to meet with the one I actually had set an appointment with. But that was a blessing in disguise, because that's how I met Nicole. She was responsive to my desires; patient with all my questions (even some that had already been explained previously) and never appeared at all in a hurry to "just close the deal". She was honest, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with and THAT'S what won my business. More

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and understanding of our needs and worked with us and our budget. She went out of her way during the process to secure us a fair deal in a tight market. Never did I nor my daughter ever feel pressured.
