The delivery day and all the paperwork went as smoothly as one could expect. The CT5-V was delivered in immaculate condition. This is my first brand new Cadillac purchase so it is a pretty big event for me and Nicole and Huston treated me very well. When it's time for the next Cadillac or other vehicle purchase I would not hesitate to buy from Huston again. More

Nicole ordered my Cadillac CT5-V for me last June. It took a while longer to get than we both anticipated due to late availability of an option I wanted and a situation at the factory (not Huston's f It took a while longer to get than we both anticipated due to late availability of an option I wanted and a situation at the factory (not Huston's fault) but the Cadillac finally arrived and I took delivery. Nicole was helpful at every step and kept me updated regarding the order. When I finally picked the car up we took it out for a spin and she showed me the key features of the car. The purchase and delivery process went super smooth. Nicole followed up a couple of times after I took delivery to make sure everything with the car was as I expected and if she could answer any questions. This is my first new Cadillac purchase and hopefully not my last, I look forward to working with Nicole when that time comes. More

Our sales person, Nicole Barnes, made a normally stressful purchase, very smooth and painless. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, she was very patient. I never once felt pressured or hurried about making a decision, which was appreciated. She was very transparent throughout the process and then once we came to an agreement, she moved everything along as fast as possible. She had her hand in every detail, from washing my old license plate to helping me set up the welcome call for OnStar. Elizabeth Harris in the finance department was also amazing. It was a great car buying experience overall. Nicole and the employees at Huston GMC were all so friendly and welcoming. We live over an hour from Lake Wales, but it was worth the drive. I’m so very happy we stumbled upon this gem. I highly recommend Huston if you’re in the market for a GMC or Cadillac. Ask for Nicole, you will not be disappointed! More

This is the BEST sales experience we have EVER had and we cannot thank Nicole enough. The sales manager was super, the finance office personnel were awesome but Nicole shines above the rest with her extra care, immediate responses to texts and phone calls, etc. and her follow through is second to none. They brought our ideal truck in from Georgia with no hesitation. We will be referring Nicole and Huston GMC et al to friends and family. Thank you all for such an awesome, pain free experience.
