This was the first time for us to purchase a new car from a dealership, we had to go back three times before we finally made up our mind, and Nicole has been very patient with us. Ford has good deals and their new 2016 explorer is very easy to drive, comfortable to sit in and beautiful to look at. The young Finance lady (Cassandra) is also very nice, helpful and accountable. More
