Nick was very polite however he said several times he would call back and unfortunately never did, requiring me to call him. After finding out that my extended warranty did not cover all the hours for re would call back and unfortunately never did, requiring me to call him. After finding out that my extended warranty did not cover all the hours for repairs I contacted them directly and they indicated that Corwin’s repair hours exceeded the national average that they (Fortegra) allows. Consequently I was required to spend $541.25 I purchased this vehicle from your dealership however I will be looking at other dealerships and or independent repair facilities in the future. Poor rating for "Corwin Ford" (The dealership) goes back to my original purchase experience in March 2023 of a new Maverick.
